Poblano Rentals uses SMS to communicate with property owners and, with consent, with tenants and prospective tenants.
We may send messages such as: maintenance ticket updates, contractor scheduling confirmations, lease renewal reminders, rent payment reminders, and replies to inbound questions. Messages are sent only to phone numbers our tenants and owners have provided to us directly.
