SMS terms at a glance

Program: Poblano Rentals operational SMS — for current tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and contractors.
Message frequency: Varies based on activity at your unit or building. Most users receive fewer than 5 messages per month.
Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier — not Poblano Rentals — sets these rates.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any of our messages to immediately unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt back in. UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, and CANCEL also work.
Help: Reply HELP to any of our messages to receive a brief reply explaining who we are and how to reach us.
Mobile information sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All consent and the underlying mobile information remains with Poblano Rentals.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint.
